The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network covers the areas including Yorke Peninsula, Clare Valley, Lower North, and Mid North areas of South Australia. There are a wide variety of training opportunities across the network. The regions have stunning beaches, vineyards, outback, mountains to explore while being within a couple of hours from Adelaide.
We are offering final year medical students and interns the opportunity to explore the region with an inclusive weekend in April this 2024. See the flyer for more details and how to apply.
Prospective trainees who cannot attend the April tour, can contact the Medical Education Unit if they would like to arrange a personalised tour of the network and it’s health services if they are considering training in the region and would like to know more.
