The SA MET Unit coordinates the South Australian Centralised Postgraduate Year 2 and Beyond (PGY2+) Expression of Interest Process (The Centralised Process) on behalf of SA Health. The Centralised Process allows you to apply for up to four PGY2+ Programs in one Expression of Interest (EOI). The Centralised Process runs annually, with EOIs opening in June. Over 35 programs are available for the 2027 Clinical Year.

Provisional Offers commence on Thursday, 17 September 2026.

All correspondence and provisional offers will be sent by email.

Ensure you have access to your emails during the offer period and, if you receive a provisional offer, ensure you respond by the specified date.

  • Applicants matched to their 1st, 2nd, or highest possible preference receive a provisional offer
  • Statewide General Training General Practice offers are held, unless a 1st or highest preference match
