The SA MET Unit coordinates the South Australian Centralised Postgraduate Year 2 and Beyond (PGY2+) Expression of Interest Process (The Centralised Process) on behalf of SA Health. The Centralised Process allows you to apply for up to four PGY2+ Programs in one Expression of Interest (EOI). The Centralised Process runs annually, with EOIs opening in June. Over 35 programs are available for the 2027 Clinical Year.

Allocation Process Timeline
The Late Vacancy Management (LVM) process has commenced.
The LVM process is only open to those who submitted their Expression of Interest during the Centralised Process application dates, and includes the IMG Database.
If you did not receive a provisional offer before 22 October 2026, you were automatically added to the LVM.
During the LVM process, you may be contacted directly by programs seeking to fill any vacancies that arise.
